Congress Registration - WAG Judges

Saturday, August 24, 2019 & Sunday, August 25, 2019

Please select the clinics the judge will attend per session. Navigate to Class Descriptions to view more details about each clinic. The fees will be calculated at checkout (not per session).

 ***Judges must register for the entire day (all 5 sessions) in order to meet their maintenance clinic requirements. 

Day 1 and/or Day 2:  $40 + HST

Day 1 - Saturday - is for Optional and higher judges (Note: Maintenance Clinic Exam will be Sat from 4:30-6:00pm)
Day 2 -Sunday - is for all judges (Compulsory, Xcel etc.) 

Deadline: Monday, August 12, 2019 *** extended to Friday, August 16, 2019 12 noon.

Note: Judging Assembly will be held on Saturday, August 24th at lunch - registration submitted by Google Drive to Judging Assistant (Julie Arsenault-Howick).

Participants must be registered for the 2019-2020 membership season in order to register for Coaching Congress. You will receive an error message if the coach is not registered for a current membership.

How to Register:

 Affiliated with a Club
Contact your Club`s Administrator and request they register you using the same account that they use to register their participants for GO Memberships.  Your club must first register you as a judge and than register you for your clinic/courses/upgrading. 

Unaffiliated/Unattached
STEP 1: Register as an Unattached Member of Gymnastics Ontario by completing the GO unattached membership forms and send it to the Membership Services Manager (membership@gymnasticsontario.ca)

STEP 2: Download and complete the following form UNATTACHED Registration Import Form and send the form below to Women's Program Manager (wag@gymnasticsontario.ca). Once Step 1 is complete and you are registered as an unattached member the WPM can register you (on your behalf) for your Clinic.
