REGISTRATION: 

Payment and registration must be done by the club through Uplifter. Clubs can log in to register and remit payment using the same account that they use to register their participants for GO Memberships.

All athletes team coaches and personal coaches, club managers must register with Gymnastics Ontario via Uplifter.

Declining a spot (athlete or team coach)? Please notify the MAG Program Manager (mag@gymnasticsontario.ca) ASAP so the next alternate or team coach can be contacted.

DEADLINE:  Friday, APRIL 19, 2024 @ 12 noon

Registration includes:

- confirmation of spot via registration in Uplifter
- payment via Uplifter Club Account
- ALL forms (see Forms Section below and/or Ontario Bulletin)
- Pre-Easterns Training Camp (TBC) attendance confirmation
- Tracksuit Jacket order (all athletes and coaches are required to have) through the Uplifter Products Page and recommend ordering on the same invoice as an athlete or coach registration)
* team coach jacket must be ordered through Uplifter Products but fee will be waived upon checkout.

*Reminder - accommodations and travel are the responsibility of the club and not included above.
*Note that Club Team Managers are not required to register with Team Ontario unless they are also coaches and require access to the field of play OR will be managers at the athlete social event.
It is recommended that all Club Team Managers not registered with Team Ontario be required by their club to submit (at minimum) a current Police Check (valid in the past 12 months).  

FORMS:

Clubs are responsible for collecting and checking all forms and payments from parents.

All forms must be scanned and uploaded upon registration in Uplifter. Please upload only one (1) form at a time (i.e. DO NOT BUNDLE all the documents in a single PDF).

Please save and title each form individually with the athlete/coach's name and form name (ie. Waiver - Susie Stretch).

Athlete Forms:

• GO Code of Conduct
• GO Medical Data Form

Coaches Forms:

• GO Code of Conduct

• Police Check (valid within 1 year of competition) (online check option - mybackcheck)

• Respect in Sport Certificate

• Locker Transcript (or each certificate combined in one document) as includes proof of:
          - MED Evaluation
          - Safe Sport 

• Team Coach - Roles and Responsibilities Agreement    

TEAM ONTARIO APPAREL

Team Ontario Apparel comes from two different vendors:

Gymnastics Ontario via Uplifter - track jacket, hoodie and coaches 3/4 sleeve shirt

All ATHLETES will receive a Gymnastics Ontario hoodie as part of the Eastern Canadian Championships registration.
Note: the G.O. hoodie does not replace the Team Ontario Track Jacket!
- Indicate the requested size during Uplifter registration.
- Hoodie sizing charts: Youth Hoodie Sizing Chart  |  Adult Hoodie Sizing Chart

All COACHES will receive a Gymnastics Ontario hoodie and 3/4 sleeve baseball tee as part of the Easterns registration.

Jackets

All members of the Ontario delegation (including personal coaches) are required to wear the Team Ontario tracksuit jacket at all times when on the field of play, during the competition, all Team Ontario activities and at the award ceremony.

Clubs can purchase tracksuit jackets online here under our Purchase Products Page. This process/purchase is separate from the individual's registration but can be added to the same cart/invoice.

  **Pants are not included. All delegates must wear PLAIN BLACK PANTS (no logos, design, etc.) with tracksuit jacket.

Orders must be completed through the club's Uplifter account later

Singlets (i.e. "unitards"), Shorts and Longs

The unitard's design is *NEW in the 2023-2024 season.
