June 15-June 20, 2021
Body Difficulties play an important role in the Rhythmic Gymnastics score. The showcase will help coaches and athletes:
- To evaluate and confirm AD for the gymnasts to use in their routines
- To educate the athletes about importance of a clean AD execution
- To understand the AD technical faults and how they affect the score
- To motivate athletes to work towards higher level of difficulty
