Athletes: L4 to Senior
- Mobility opportunity for L4-L7/Junior.
- Mock Meet opportunity for L5-Senior (prior to Elite Canada).
- This event is not a qualifying event for Easterns, Ontario Championships, or Canadian Championships.

Video submission: week-long submission format, not performance on demand.
Videos must be recorded and submitted within the competition timeframe (February 23-March 1).

ENTRY FEES:

Athletes: $28.25 ($25.00 + HST) 
Coaches: free
Athletes and coaches must be Gymnastics Ontario members with appropriate membership in the current season (2021-2022).

REGISTRATION:

1) Excel registration form:
- Link to the Excel form at the top of this page.
- All clubs must fill out their registration forms electronically.
- Email Registration Form to: tnt@gymnasticsontario.ca.
- Deadline for Excel Registration Form & Level Changes: February 16, 2022
- No registrations or level changes will be accepted after this date.

2) Uplifter Registration & Payment:
- Deadline for Uplifter Registration & Payment: March 1, 2022
- No refunds.
- Uplifter Registration & Payment is due at the time of video submission to Dropbox.
