REGISTRATION:
Payment and registration must be done by the club through Uplifter. Clubs can login to register and remit payment using the same account that they use to register their participants for GO Memberships.
All athletes (and alternates) and team coaches must register.
Deadline: MONDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2022 (12 NOON)
Uplifter Registration includes:
- confirmation of spot via registration
- ALL forms (see Forms Section below and/or Ontario Bulletin)
- Tracksuit Jacket order (all athletes and coaches are required to have) through Uplifter Products Page
CWG Individual Registration:
ALL athletes, coaches, and alternates must also register themselves directly through CWG (GemsPro).

Fees*:
Athletes $0
Team Coaches $0
* team jacket must be ordered through Uplifter Products but fee will be waived upon checkout (with exception of alternates).
Personal coaches - Personal coaches are able to attend as spectators.
FORMS:
All other forms must be scanned and uploaded upon registration in Uplifter. Please upload only one (1) form at a time (ie. DO NOT BUNDLE all the documents in a single PDF). Please save and title each form individually with the athlete/coach's name and form name (ie. Stretch, Suzie - GO Waiver).
Clubs are responsible for collecting all of the forms from parents.

TEAM ONTARIO APPAREL
Team Ontario Apparel comes from Canada Games Council (team gear for on-site, travel, opening/closing ceremonies etc). as well as the competition attire (track jacket, leos, singlets, etc) from Gymnastics Ontario and Jagwear.

Team Ontario jackets must be worn on the competition floor. Jackets must be ordered online here under our Purchase Products Page. This process/purchase is separate from the individual's registration but recommend adding jacket to same invoice as team confirmation.
Pants are not included. All delegates must wear PLAIN BLACK PANTS (no logos, design, etc.) with tracksuit jacket.
Alternates have the option to purchase track jacket ($80 +HST).

Ceremonial Attire (Canada Games/Team Ontario)
The ceremonial uniform kit contains:
1 winter jacket
1 lighter puffer jacket
1 podium jacket
1 hoodie
1 quarter zip
1 long sleeve shirt
2 tshirts
1 toque
1 backpack
*kit is comprised of different products which are sized differently so select the size that best matches based on the sizing provided.
A reminder that even if things don’t fit or don’t like the pieces that all pieces still need to brought to CWG with you.
Reminder that athletes and coaches can try to trade amongst themselves first for pieces that don't fit as desired but pieces are unworn they can be exchanged on-site (if quantities allow).
