Elite Training Camp
Canadian Adventure Camp (CAC) 

Monday to Friday, August 26 to 30, 2024

Location:

Canadian Adventure Camp
Adventure Island
Temagami, ON

Directives:

Will be sent to athletes parents (or athletes if adults) and coaches after the registration (PDF).

Athlete Roster List (i.e., Eligible Athletes - PDF)

Training Cam Format:

Athletes and Coaches – Five-day full-day Camp
 

Training Camp Objectives are:

Foster the MAG Community atmosphere.

Provide all participants with guided training by leading coach David Arnold.

Provide athletes with the Canadian Adventure Camp experience with guided activities by camp counsellors in between training sessions. 

Exchange knowledge, coaching and training experiences (between and among athletes and coaches).

Registration:

Deadline: August 9, 2024 @ Noon

Athletes - Must had qualified for a spot during the 2023-24 season (see roster list here).

Coaches - By invitation ONLY. 

There are no refunds or transferable moneys after the registration.

The following forms are required to be filled (ALL PAGES) and properly signed.

COMPETITIVE ATHLETE AND COACH PARTICIPANT PERSONAL INFORMATION / CODE OF CONDUCT 2024-2025

      Both pages must be signed, AND second page both ATHLETE and PARENT (if athlete is a minor) MUST Sign.

COMPETITIVE ATHLETE MEDICAL DATA RECORD

     Both pages must be completed and submitted together

GYMNASTICS ONTARIO PARTICIPANT INFORMED CONSENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT 2024-2025

     Both pages must be filled out and checkboxes checked, AND second page both ATHLETE and PARENT (if athlete is a minor) MUST Sign.

Registration Fees:

Athletes Share Cost:   $649 + HST $84.37 = $733.37
                                      - Includes CAC and GO subsidies
                                      - GTA delegates also include round trip by bus from Toronto to Temagami.
                                      - Delegates from Ottawa and Kingston must pay for their transportation arrangements to and from Temagami.
                                                         

Coaches:                      Free - Includes CAC and GO subsidies
