REGISTRATION:
Payment and registration must be done by the club through Uplifter. Clubs can login to register and remit payment using the same account that they use to register their participants for GO Memberships.
All athletes, team coaches, and personal coaches must register.
Declining a spot? Please notify the TG Program Manager (tnt@gymnasticsontario.ca) asap so the next alternate can be contacted.
Deadline: THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2024, at 5:00PM
Registration includes:
- confirmation of spot via registration in Uplifter
- payment via Uplifter Club Account
- ALL forms (see Forms Section below and/or Ontario Bulletin)
- Tracksuit Jacket order (all athletes and coaches are required to have) through Uplifter Products Page and recommend ordering on same invoice as athlete or coach registration)
Fees:
Athletes: $1311.33
Registration Fees - $202.50 +HST ($26.33) HST # 12212 5131 RT0001
Trip Costs - $1082.50
*registration fees in Uplifter will show as Registration fees $202.50 only and HST and the Trip Costs will be automatically added to cart as part of the checkout process.
Team Coach/Manager $0
* team jacket must be ordered through Uplifter Products but fee will be waived upon checkout (Team Coach registration must be completed first for discount to apply automatically)
Personal coaches: $76.28
USAG Fees - $67.50 +HST (8.75)
- travel, accommodations, meals are not provided through Gymnastics Ontario.
FORMS:
Clubs are responsible for collecting all of the forms and payments from parents.
All forms must be scanned separately - please save and title each form individually with the athlete/coach's name and form name (ie. Waiver - Susie Stretch). Upload ONLY ONE (1) document at a time (i.e. DO NOT BUNDLE all documents in a single PDF).

Athlete Forms:
- GO Code of Conduct
- GO Medical Data Form
- Travel Consent Form (athletes under 18 at time of travel) - copy uploaded but must also send ORIGINAL to GO office by mail to travel with the team
- Copy of Passport (must valid within 6 months of return and be able to read text/see photo clearly)
- Copy of Out of Country/Travel Insurance (make sure it includes sport accident/injury coverage)
Team Coach/Manager Forms:
- GO Code of Conduct
- Team Coach & Manager - Roles and Responsibilities Agreement
- NCCP Safe Sport e-Learning Course - Proof of completion (locker transcript)
- Police Check (valid within 1 year of competition) (online check option - mybackcheck)
- Copy of Passport (must valid within 6 months of return and be able to read text/see photo clearly)
Personal Coaches:
- must register with GO (need to be added to competition roster)
- must register with USAG for Foreign membership (via GO)
- must have Team Ontario Jacket (and solid black pants with no logos/designs)
- GO Code of Conduct
- NCCP Safe Sport e-Learning Course - Proof of completion (locker transcript)
- Police Check (valid within 1 year of competition) (online check option - mybackcheck)
TEAM ONTARIO APPAREL
Team Ontario Apparel comes from two different vendors:
Jacket - Gymnastics Ontario
Leotards/Singlets - Jagwear
It is recommend to include track jacket order on same same invoice as athlete or coach registration.

Gymnastics Ontario: Team Ontario Tracksuits ($65 + HST) Sizing Chart - ORDER BY FEBRUARY 8, 2024!!!
All members of the Ontario delegation (including personal coaches) are required to wear the Team Ontario Jacket on the competition floor.
Clubs can purchase tracksuit jackets online here under our Purchase Products Page. This process/purchase is separate from the individual's registration but can be added to the same cart/invoice.
*Pants are not included. All delegates must wear PLAIN BLACK PANTS (no logos, design, etc.) with tracksuit jacket.
**Team coach jacket must be ordered through Uplifter Products Page but fee will be waived upon checkout.

IMPORTANT!!!!!
This season has a NEW DESIGN for the Team Ontario competition leotards/singlets (both women and men) and a NEW DESIGN for the women's training suit. The current men's training suit design was introduced last season.
ALL ATHLETES MUST PURCHASE THE NEW TEAM ONTARIO COMPETITION LEOTARDS/SINGLETS!!!!!
Training suits are optional - there is no separate training time at the competition.

Note: Men's suits can be ordered in either singlet cut or unitard cut (unitard is to shorts length).
Note: Team Ontario men's shorts are red and no longer than mid-thigh. Shorts are still needed with unitard cut men's suit.
