COMPETITION INFORMATION & SPECTATOR INFORMATION
For all general event information (ie. Dates, Venues, Schedule etc.):Forms and Documents Required:
All forms must be received by Gymnastics Ontario no later than Friday, May 29, 2026.All athletes and team coaches must register. Registration includes:
- Registration in Uplifter
- Payment via Uplifter (club account)
- Tracksuit Jacket order (if needed)
Forms:
Clubs are responsible for collecting all of the forms and payments from parents. All forms must be scanned and uploaded into GO Dropbox
Athlete:- Competitive Athlete and Coach Participant Personal Information and Code of Conduct
- Competitive Athlete Medical Data Record, All Seasons
- Travel Consent Form * must be notarized and original given to the travelling team manager
- Copy of Passport (must be able to see photo clearly)
- Copy of Out of Country Heath Insurance
- Team Coach/Manager - Roles and Responsibilities Agreement
- Copy of Passport (must be able to see photo clearly)
- Police Check (valid within 3 years of competition) (online check option - mybackcheck)
Team Ontario Apparel:
All travelling team members (including coaches) will be required to to have the current G.O. tracksuit.
racksuit:
All athletes, coaches, and support staff MUST wear Team Ontario jackets or National Team jackets. Club uniform is NOT allowed!

Cost: $87.50 + HST
Sizing Chart
**Pants are not included. All delegates must wear PLAIN BLACK PANTS. A small brand logo is allowed on the pants; maximum size 1” by 2”.
Black track jackets are still able to be worn if purchase last year.
Clubs can purchase tracksuit jackets online here under our Purchase Products Page. This process/purchase is separate from the individual's registration but can be added to the same cart/invoice.
Track Jacket Update for the 2025-2026 Season (Black)
Once again, this season's Team Ontario athletes and coaches will have the option to wear either the grey or black team jacket for competitions.
Please note the following important details:

Orders for this season's Canadians will only be for the previous grey jacket until current inventory is depleted.

Due to unexpected interest in the new black jacket last year, the previous grey jacket inventory was underutilized and we will continue to use this existing stock of the grey jacket before continuing solely with the black jacket.

No exchanges of the grey jacket will be available, so please double-check sizing before placing your order.

Black jackets purchased last season are still permitted to be worn this season.
DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY, May 20, 2026 @ 12 noon
Music:
All music must be emailed to RG Program Manager at rhythmic@gymnasticsontario.ca. Only MP3 files will be accepted. All athletes must also bring a set of CD's to the event as a backup.
Technical Program:
Junior athletes will be registered in Level A
Pre-Junior athletes will be registered in Level A
Novice athletes will be registered in Level A
Provincial athlete may choose to be registered in Level A or Level B
