WAG ODP Assessor Clinics
ODP Assessors clinic is for new and returning assessors.
There are two parts to the clinic this season: the first is an in-person session and the second will be a self-directed learning through Didacte platform. All assessors will need to attend/complete both clinic portions.
Assessors will have access to Didacte prior to the live session and will have the a month to complete the clinic content for the season. This online platform will allow assessors to not only complete professional development requirements for the season with both in-person portion as well as self directed sections that can be done at their own pace as well as provide resources.
All materials will be provided through the platform. There will be an exam at the end of the Didacte clinic. Assessors will have 2 attempts to achieve a 75% passing mark.

Access to Didacte will be available as of December 4 by logging into your Didacte account and selecting the ODP Assessor clinic to start. New assessors will be sent an email invite to create an account before being able to select and start their ODP clinic. Please remember to check your junk mail if you don't receive an email invite. |

ELIGIBILITY:
Must be a registered member with Gymnastics Ontario (club affiliated or unattached) by October 15 2022.
Must be registered for ODP Assessor Clinic (see below).
Pre-requisites - must be 15 years old (as of December 31, 2023) and have GO registration (athlete, coach, judge).
HOW TO REGISTER for BOTH Membership & Clinic:
1) MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
Must be a registered member of Gymnastics Ontario for the 2022-2023 season by October 15th as an "Invitational Judge"
Affiliated with a Club - you will need to request your club to register you.
or
Unaffiliated/Unattached - please complete and email the UNATTACHED MEMBERSHIP FORM to Membership Manager at membership@gymnasticsontario.ca. Membership should be for an unattached "Invitational judge".
Note: for unattached assessors please allow for a few extra days after submitting your unattached judge membership form before registering for your clinic. The unattached forms are processed manually and your membership for the season will need to be complete before you can register for your clinic.
