WAG ODP Assessor Course/Clinics
There are two parts to the clinic this season: the first is an in-person session and the second will be a self-directed learning through online platform. All assessors will need to attend/complete both clinic portions.
Assessors will have access to the online platform following the in-person clinics and will have a month to complete the clinic content for the season. This will be released Monday, November 9th and due December 9th, 2026.
All materials will be provided through the platform. There will be a open book quiz at the end of the Google Classroom to test your knowledge. Assessors will have 2 attempts to achieve a 80% passing mark.
Competition Availability Sign-Ups will be circulated to assessors who have successfully completed the course/clinic by December 15, 2026 (due December 20, 2026).

ELIGIBILITY:
Must be a registered member with Gymnastics Ontario (club affiliated or unattached) by October 15 2026*
Pre-requisites - must be 15 years old (as of December 31, 2027) and have GO registration (athlete, coach, judge).
Minimum NCCP Foundations Trained or Certified Level 1 (old) OR Compulsory Judge.
*will need to register as a member prior to being able to register for your clinic
HOW TO REGISTER for BOTH Membership & Clinic:
1) MEMBERSHIP - must be a registered member (judge) of Gymnastics Ontario for the 2026-2027 season.
There are two ways to register for membership, which must be completed prior to or at the same time as the clinic registration:
1) Affiliated with a Club - you will need to request your club to register you as an Invitational judge.
2) Unaffiliated/Unattached - as of the 2023-2024 season, all unattached judges will register themselves for the upcoming season. You can use your existing administrator account to do so. Please see the instructions on the new Unattached Judge Page.
2) MAINTENANCE CLINIC (All judges) --> yellow "REGISTER" button below and logging into your account.
