**If registering through an Individual account and your club has already created a participant profile for you, ensure you have the following information exactly the same to avoid creating a duplicate participant profile: First Name, Last Name, Birthdate, Postal Code, GO #.

NOTE: THERE ARE REQUIRED AND OPTIONAL ADD-ON DATES LISTED IN THE DOCUMENT FOR EACH DISCIPLINE - REVIEW CAREFULLY!

COST:

ONE (1) DISCIPLINE: $80 + HST ($90.40)
TWO (2) DISCIPLINES: $160 + HST ($180.80)
THREE (3) DISCIPLINE: $240 + HST ($271.20)

Participants must be current members of Gymnastics Ontario at the time of registration.

NOTE: The Gymnastics Ontario TG Program will subsidize 50% of the course registration fee for current athletes L5 and above AND current active TG judges looking to add another discipline.  These individuals should be careful to choose the correct registration option in order to receive the subsidized fee.

Registration is not considered complete without payment and is being accepted on a first come first serve basis.  Registration and payment must be completed through Uplifter.

No refunds after the deadline.  Space is limited.
