Gymnastics Foundations Theory is made up of the three eLearning components. 

The eLearning courses are available to coaches in The Locker. Coaches are required to complete the following NCCP modules in order:

1. Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
2. Make Ethical Decisions (MED)
3. Lesson Planning for Community Sport Gymnastics (release date: TBD)

This course can be taken before or after the Foundations Introduction course.

Credit for the modules will automatically update in the coach's Locker transcript upon successful completion of the course. 

Foundations Theory ZOOM courses will not longer be scheduled, as they have been effectively replaced by the above eLearning courses as of April 1, 2026.

Requirements

• Coaches must have an NCCP number
• Minimum 14 years of age
