Team Ontario Apparel

All travelling team members will be required to to have the current G.O. tracksuit

Team Ontario Tracksuits ($65 + HST)

- clubs must purchase tracksuit jackets online here under our Purchase Products Page with the individual's registration checkout
- pants/leggings are not included so athletes require to get/can use their own pants provided they are solid black (no logo/designs) in addition to the jacket

Forms and Documents Required:

Travelling members will be required to have a passport, notarized letter of consent to travel from their parent(s)/guardian and proof of Out of Country health insurance.

All fees must be received by Gymnastics Ontario no later than Friday, February 17, 2023 at 11:59pm.

All forms must be received by Gymnastics Ontario no later than March 20, 2023.

Payment and confirmation of accepting spots must be done by the club through the online Registration Management System (RMS). Clubs can login to register, remit payment and order tracksuits using the same account that they use to register their participants for GO Memberships.

Declining a spot? Please notify Acro Program Manager (acro@gymnasticsontario.ca) asap so the alternate can be contacted.

Clubs are responsible for collecting all of the forms and payments from parents. All forms should be scanned and emailed to acro@gymnasticsontario.ca 

The club package should include the following:

Athlete:

• GO Waiver & Code of Conduct
• GO Medical Data Form
• Travel Consent Form (under 18) ACRO.pdf*must be notarized and original sent to GO
• Copy of Passport (must be able to see photo clearly)
• Copy of Out of Country Heath Insurance

Team Coach/Manager:

• GO Waiver & Code of Conduct
• Team Coach/Manager Roles and Responsibilities Agreement
• Copy of Passport (must be able to see photo clearly) 
• Copy of Police Record Check (completed within the last two years)
