ONLINE EDUCATION Yearly Requirements - opens on December 1, 2026 and closes on February 1, 2027 CPE Clinic Hours (Yearly Maintenance Clinic): Compulsory/Xcel: 3 hours Optional/National/Brevet: 2 hours The hours listed above will count toward your Yearly Maintenance Clinic requirement. Any additional time spent completing the Google Classroom mini-clinics will be applied to your CPE Observation Hours. For example: If an Optional Judge completes the online CPE Clinic in 4 hours, their CPE breakdown would be recorded as: Yearly Maintenance clinic hours: 4 hours CPE Online Clinic hours: 2 hours CPE Observation hours (online-clinics) 2 hours
CCJ Session LIVE ZOOM - link will be emailed to CCJs 1 week prior to session	Wednesday, September 30, 2026 @ 7-9pm Attendance is required for all CCJs. There is no additional registration or fee in addition to your yearly judging clinic cost.
CCJ Debrief & New CCJs Intro LIVE ZOOM - link emailed participants 1 week prior to session	Wednesday, January 13, 2027 @ 7-9pm Attendance is required for all CCJs. There is no additional registration or fee in addition to your yearly judging clinic cost. For those judges who are eligible and interested in becoming CCJs for the 2027-2028 season (please refer to Professional and Operational Guidelines for criteria) and current CCJs to debrief and share experiences etc. Attendance is required for all CCJs.
Upgrading	Information will be sent out to those judges who applied to upgrade via IAP that was due on May 31, 2026. Once information is finalized, it will be communicated via the Judging Upgrading page.

ELIGIBILITY:

Pre-Requisite:                    
Must be registered as a Gymnastics Ontario member (club affiliated or unattached).
Must have completed yearly requirements from 2025-2026 Season or Successfully completed the Beginner Judging Course in May/June 2026.

HOW TO REGISTER (must complete both sections):

1) MEMBERSHIP - must be a registered member (judge) of Gymnastics Ontario for the 2026-2027 season.

There are two ways to register for membership, which must be completed prior to or at the same time as the clinic registration:

If you are Affiliated with a Club - you will need to request your club to register you as a judge based on your level (Invitational (Compulsory/Xcel), Provincial (Optional), National, Brevet)

For those who are Unaffiliated/Unattached - this process was updated last season and Unattached Judges and all unattached judges will register themselves for the upcoming season. You can use your existing administrator account to do so. Please see the instructions on the new Unattached Judge Page. 

2) MAINTENANCE CLINIC (All judges) --> yellow "REGISTER" button below and logging into your account.
