Freestyle Ski (Air Sense)

These modules provide coaches with the technical knowledge, progressions, and spotting techniques required to safely develop aerial awareness and acrobatic skills on the trampoline.
The courses are intended for coaches working with freestyle skiing athletes and are offered as an NCCP add-on for Trampoline Gymnastics.
