REGISTRATION:
All registration and fees must be received by Gymnastics Ontario through Uplifter no later than Tuesday, June 21, 2022 (6:00pm).
All forms must be received by Gymnastics Ontario no later than Tuesday, June 21, 2022 (6:00pm). Forms must be sent to G.O. as ONE PDF document for all delegates from that club.
Payment and registration must be done by the club through Uplifter. Clubs can login to register and remit payment using the same account that they use to register their participants for GO Memberships.
All athletes, coaches and managers must register. Registration includes:
- competition registration in Uplifter
- payment via Uplifter (club account)
- ALL forms (see below)
- Tracksuit Jacket order (all athletes and coaches are required to have)
FORMS:
Clubs are responsible for collecting all of the forms and payments from parents. All forms must be scanned and emailed to tnt@gymnasticsontario.ca. Send as ONE PDF document for all delegates from a club no later than Tuesday, June 21, 2022 (6:00pm).
Note: GO Assumption of Risk and Consent as well as GO Code of Conduct and GO Medical Form should all be on record at club already for the season. Clubs do not need to send GO these forms but must have them on file at the club and accessible if needed for this event.

Reminder of NCCP Certifications (as per GymCan Directive): All registered coaches must be certified NCCP Level 3 in Trampoline in order to coach Trampoline or Double Mini Trampoline. Coaches registered to coach in Tumbling must be certified NCCP Level 3 in either Trampoline or Artistic Gymnastics.
TEAM ONTARIO APPAREL:
All travelling team members (including Personal Coaches) will be required to to have the current G.O. tracksuit and athletes will be required to purchase the Team Ontario Jagwear leotard/singlet (if members do not already have one).
Team Ontario Tracksuits ($65 + HST) - ORDER BY JUNE 21
- Team Ontario jackets must be worn on the competition floor. Clubs can purchase tracksuit jackets online here under our Purchase Products Page.
- This process/purchase is separate from the individual's registration.
- Pants/leggings are not included. All delegates must wear PLAIN BLACK PANTS (no logos, design, etc.) with the tracksuit jacket.
