Spectator and Hotel Information
REGISTRATION
Payment and registration must be done by the club through Uplifter. Clubs can login to register and remit payment using the same account that they use to register their participants for GO Memberships.
All athletes team coaches and personal coaches, club managers must register with Gymnastics Ontario via Uplifter.
Declining an athlete spot?
Please notify the MAG Program Manager (mag@gymnasticsontario.ca) asap so the next alternate or team coach can be contacted.
DEADLINE: Thursday, APRIL 16, 2025 @ 5pm
Registration includes:
- Confirmation of spot via registration in Uplifter
- Payment via Uplifter Club Account
- ALL forms (see Forms Section below and/or Ontario Bulletin)
- Pre-Easterns Training Camp (Tuesday April 28 @ Toronto Gymnastics International) attendance confirmation is requested.
- Tracksuit Jacket order (all athletes and coaches are required to have) through Uplifter Products Page and recommend ordering on same invoice as athlete or coach registration)

*Reminder - travel is the responsibility of the club and not included above.
*Accommodations are first come first serve based on the registration timestamp and will be confirmed April 22
*Note that Club Managers are not required to register with Team Ontario unless they are also coaches and require access to the field of play OR will be managers at the athlete social event OR chaperoning athletes in residence.
It is recommended that all Club Managers not registered with Team Ontario be required by their club to submit (at minimum) a current Police Check (valid in the past 3 years).
FORMS:
Clubs are responsible for collecting and checking all forms and payments from parents.
All forms must be scanned and uploaded upon registration in Uplifter. Please upload only one (1) form at a time (ie. DO NOT BUNDLE all the documents in a single PDF). Please save and title each form individually with the athlete/coach's name and form name (ie. Waiver - Susie Stretch).

- Locker Transcript (or each certificate combined in one document) as includes proof of:

- Club Manager - Roles and Responsibilities Agreement
TEAM ONTARIO APPAREL
Team Ontario Apparel comes from two different vendors:
Team Ontario Tracksuits ($87.50 + HST) Sizing Chart
**Pants are not included. All delegates must wear PLAIN BLACK PANTS. A small brand logo is allowed on the pants; maximum size 1” by 2”.
All members of the Ontario delegation are required to wear at training, on the competition floor and awards.
Clubs can purchase tracksuit jackets online here under our Purchase Products Page. This process/purchase is separate from the individual's registration but can be added to the same cart/invoice.
Singlets (i.e. "unitards"), Shorts and Longs
The unitard's (aka singlet with shorts cut) design is the one with the WHITE trillium in the front.

TEAM ONTARIO - GIFTS
All COACHES and JUDGES will receive two Team Ontario golf polo shirts
- sizing to be indicated in registration fields (Women's XS-2XL and Men's S-4XL)
All ATHLETES, COACHES AND JUDGES and will receive a team Ontario Backpack.
IMPORTANT - Clubs MUST register the coach first.
Athletes registration is locked until a coach is registered.
