Eligibility:
Athletes in the following categories that had qualified for Tour at the first Ontario Cup (December 12 to 14, 2025), as per MAG rules and regulations:
- Provincial 3 | Under 14

- Provincial 4 | Under 15
- Provincial 4 | 15 and over
- Provincial 5
- Novice

All travelling team members will be required to submit a copy of their passport (preferred) or a government-issued ID.
Attire:
All travelling team members are required to use the current Gymnastics Ontario Team Ontario tracksuit.
All athletes will be required to use the current Team Ontario MAG singlet, longs, shorts, and red socks.

Information for Team Ontario Delegates
Team Ontario:
The Ontario will be made up of 8 teams, 4 athletes, 8 team coaches/managers and 1 head of the delegation, as follows:
Athletes – up to six (5) athletes in each one of the following categories:
- 1 Provincial 3 teams: Under 14 (11 -12 only)
- 1 Provincial 3 teams: 14 to 15
- 1 Provincial 4 teams: Under 14 (11 -12 only) and 14 and over
- 1 Provincial 4 teams: 14 and over
- 1 Provincial 5 team
- 1 Novice team
- 1 Open team
Coaches – each club can register one (1) subsided coach, a second or third coach will not receive subsides.
Transportation:
For athletes outside of the GTA transportation assistance may be requested from Gymnastics Ontario.
Athletes and team coaches/managers from Ottawa and Kingston will depart and return from Ottawa Airport. Details to follow.
Please contact the Men’s Program Manager to plan additional travel arrangements.
Team coaches/managers can claim mileage from home to point of departure. Team Coaches can be reimbursed for airport parking with the submission of a receipt after the event.
All athletes must travel with and utilize the departure flight with Team Ontario to the event.
All delegates (Athletes and Club Coaches/Managers) must travel with the Team to and from Alberta. Deviations are not allowed.
Clubs are responsible for reimbursing Gymnastics Ontario for all financial penalties and GO subsidies provided if the athlete or club coach/manager does not return to Ontario in the assigned flight with the delegation.

On-Site Transportation:
Airport transfers have been arranged for the entire delegation for the following sites:
- Calgary International Airport (YYC) airport to the hotel on March 19, 2026
- Hotel to Meet Venue to Hotel on March 19-22, 2026
- Hotel to Banff to Hotel, on March 22, 2026 [TBC]
- Hotel to Calgary International Airport (YYC) on March 23, 2026.
Public transportation is available at their own cost for any other transportation during the trip.
Accommodations:
All delegates will receive accommodation at one of the host hotels or dormitories. Details will circulate in the bulletin 2.

Meals:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included in the cost share. Athletes and coaches will be responsible for bringing snacks and purchasing their own meals.
Dress Code:
All members of the Ontario delegation are required to wear the Team Ontario jacket, and solid black tracksuit pants. A small brand logo is permitted, with a maximum size of 1” by 2”). However, pants with stripes and other decorations are NOT permitted.
Athletes must use current Team Ontario competition attire on the competition floor. The Team Ontario hoodie can be worn as well but not on the competition floor.
Coaches and athletes are required to wear Team Ontario attire on the completion floor and at all times when travelling as a delegation and during group activities.
Team Ontario Apparel sizing charts are available at the Gymnastics Ontario website. Please note THESE ARE ORDERED AND PAID FOR TWO separate vendors/suppliers:
- Singlet, shorts, and longs (through Jagwear): Order via club (club must pl.ace one order to all its athletes at the same time) Payment information for the training and competitive singlet, pants and shorts must be provided at the time of the order. DEADLINE: JANUARY 12, 2026.

- Gymnastics Ontario Tracksuit Jacket (87.50 + HST) (through GO’s product page in Uplifter): The track jacket is the same as last season. All athletes and coaches must use the same model. Size and payment for the tracksuit jacket must be provided to the club and submitted to Gymnastics Ontario with payment via Uplifter.
- Orders for this season’s Tour will only be for the previous grey jacket until current inventory is depleted. Black jackets purchased last season are still permitted to be worn this season.
- No exchanges of the grey jacket will be available, so please double-check sizing before placing your order.

- Athletes Gift (free) and Coach's Optional Purchase ($50.00 + HST) (athletes - through GO’s registration system Uplifter; coaches - through GO’s product page in Uplifter;): Tour athletes will receive a hoodie as a gift. Clubs must provide the athlete's hoodie sizes at registration time using the size chat below. Once ordered the gift cannot be exchanged for a different size.

Information for Coaches
Registration:
Clubs must register all coaches attending the tour via Uplifter. There is a cost to register coaches to cover the Grizzly Classic of $75+ HST.
*registration fees in Uplifter will only initially show the meet registration fee and its HST and the Trip Costs will be automatically added to the cart as part of the checkout process.
All coaches on the competition floor with Team Ontario must have a Team Ontario tracksuit. The cost of the tracksuit jacket is $ 87.50 + HST (bottoms not included). Bottoms must be solid black track pants (no logos or stripes).
All coaches must buy the trip (flights, accommodation and ground transportation) from Gymnastics Ontario and travel as a team in both outbound and return flights.
Information for non-team Ontario Delegates
Parents and Families:
Parents are allowed to book parallel trips but must understand that the athletes are there as part of Team Ontario and parents are at the event as spectators. Parents are not permitted in the Team rooms or to join team activities.
Athletes may be allowed to see family and friends after they have competed but must remain with the team during team activities, competition and the trip to Banff.

Forms, Registration and Payment Information
Forms:
All forms and fees must be received by Gymnastics Ontario no later than Friday, January 17, 2026, at 5 PM.
Clubs are responsible for collecting all the forms and payments from parents.
All forms should be uploaded via Uplifter at the time of registration.
Incomplete forms (e.g., forms missing pages or signatures) or uploading a different document than the one required will void the registration. It is the club’s responsibility to verify if all documents are correctly filled and signed before uploading them to Uplifter.
Athlete’s required forms and documents:

- Copy of passport or Government issued ID to use to travel

Coach’s required forms and documents:

- NCCP Safe Sport e-learning course - Proof of completion (locker transcript)
- Copy of passport or Government issued ID to use to travel
- Police Check (valid within 3 years of competition) (online check option - mybackcheck)
- Tracksuit Jacket – order & pay through Uplifter
Team Ontario Attire
Team Ontario Apparel comes from two different vendors:
- Jacket (same as last year's)- Gymnastics Ontario (87.50 + HST) - Jacket Sizing Chart
- Singlet, shorts and longs (Photo below, shorts and longs are red)- purchased directly through Jagwear (Club must order [Order Form includes prices] - One single order per club with all athletes) Singlet, shorts and longs Sizing Chart
It is recommended the include track jacket orders on the same invoice as the athlete or coach registration.
Clubs can purchase tracksuit jackets online here under our Purchase Products Page. This process/purchase is separate from the individual's registration but can be added to the same cart/invoice.
**Pants are not included. All delegates must wear PLAIN BLACK PANTS (no logos, design, etc.) and the GO tracksuit jacket.
Payment and Confirmation of Accepting:
This must be done by the club through Uplifter. Clubs can log in to register the team athletes and coaches and order tracksuits using the same account that they use to register their participants for GO Memberships.

NEW: Club must register coach first - Uplifter now stop clubs from registering athletes if coaches are not registered in the Provincial Toour first (Please choose the "Coaches" option below).

Athlete: The total cost per Athlete is $ 1,198.04 - Breakdown of cost:
• Trip after GO Subsides: $ 974.47
• Registration: $ 197.86 + 13% HST ($ 25.72) = $ 223.58
Subsidized Coach: The total cost per Subsided Coach is $ 1,206.03 - Breakdown of cost:
• Trip after GO Subides: $ 1,121.28
• Registration: $ 75.00 + 13% HST ($9.75) = $ 84.75
Non-subsidized Coach: The total cost per Non-Subsided Coach is $ 1,596.03 - Breakdown of cost:
• Trip: $ 1,511.28

Team Ontario Coaching:
- Under no circumstances a coach who is not a member of the Team Ontario delegation is allowed to coach Team Ontario athletes during a Team Ontario event.
