The annual Gymnastics Ontario Coaching for Coaches Congress offers up-to-date professional development sessions for Ontario gymnastics coaches of all levels and disciplines. We bring highly respected conductors from across Canada and abroad to enhance our understanding of our sport and optimize our motivation for the upcoming season.
Training sessions range from new & out of the box progressions and teaching techniques to sport psychology, child psychology, physiological research, administration sessions and more!
Participants who attend Congress can receive up to 3 PD points for their locker.
New for 2024, we have added several administrative sessions to our Congress. In previous years, these sessions were held in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting in October. These administrative sessions will no longer be hosted with the Annual General Meeting.
We are also excited to announce our Annual Awards banquet will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at the Granite Ridge Golf Course in Milton. You are welcome to attend to help us celebrate our coaches, administrators and volunteers. To receive a banquet ticket order form please contact Cindy Clapp at operations@gymnasticsontario.ca
Our Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on October 30, 2024, at 12:00 Noon.

The first 200 registrations will receive our Congress gift.
Early Bird Registration Fee (early bird deadline is Monday, August 5 at 11:59pm):
$139 + HST per coach for one day;
$232 + HST per coach for two days
Regular Registration Fee (after August 5):
$174 + HST per coach for one day;
$290 + HST per coach for two days

Please note that LUNCH IS NOT INCLUDED. There are several restaurant options across the street from the sports complex.
TO REGISTER FOR CONGRESS:
Step 1: Have all your participants review the schedule below to decide which sessions they would like to attend. Click on the event in the calendar to reveal all necessary information (description and clinician bio) to learn what the clinic will offer. As the administrator, you can scroll down to the bottom of the event to click the register button which will then take you to the shopping cart. You can continue 'shopping' or checkout from there. Or you can choose to register through the traditional registration page HERE.
Step 2: Administrators log in to Uplifter and can register each coach individually (or have them do it while you, as the Club Administrator are logged in). Or you can use the file import feature to register multiple coaches. The congress SKUs can be found here 2024-2025 Congress SKUs
Step 3: Register all coaches for the sessions they will be attending.
