WAG ODP Assessor Course/Clinics
ODP Assessors clinic is for new and returning assessors.
There are two parts to the clinic this season: the first is an in-person session and the second will be a self-directed learning through online platform. All assessors will need to attend/complete both clinic portions
Assessors will have access to the online platform prior to the in-person clinic and will have the a month to complete the clinic content for the season. This online platform will allow assessors to not only complete professional development requirements for the season with both in-person portion as well as self directed sections that can be done at their own pace as well as provide resources.
All materials will be provided through the platform. There will be a open book quiz at the end of the Didacte clinic to test your knowledge. Assessors will have 2 attempts to achieve a 75% passing mark.

ELIGIBILITY:
Must be a registered member with Gymnastics Ontario (club affiliated or unattached) by October 15 2024*
Pre-requisites - must be 15 years old (as of December 31, 2025) and have GO registration (athlete, coach, judge).
Minimum NCCP Foundations Trained or Certified Level 1 (old) OR Compulsory Judge.
*will need to register as a member prior to being able to register for your clinic
HOW TO REGISTER for BOTH Membership & Clinic:
1) MEMBERSHIP - must be a registered member (judge) of Gymnastics Ontario for the 2024-2025 season.
There are two ways to register for membership, which must be completed prior to or at the same time as the clinic registration:
1) Affiliated with a Club - you will need to request your club to register you as an Invitational judge.
2) Unaffiliated/Unattached (NEW)- this process has been updated and Unattached Judges and all 2023-2024 unattached judges will register themselves for the upcoming season. You can use your existing administrator account to do so. Please see the instructions on the new Unattached Judge Page.
2) MAINTENANCE CLINIC (All judges) --> yellow "REGISTER" button below and logging into your account.
