All forms must be received by Gymnastics Ontario no later than April 30, 2025.- Registration and payment in Uplifter
- KSIS registration
Forms:
Clubs are responsible for collecting all of the forms and payments from parents.
Please save and title each form individually with the athlete/coach's name and form name (ie. Waiver - Susie Stretch). All forms must be scanned and uploaded in PDF format to GO Dropbox

Reminder of NCCP Certifications (as per GymCan Directive): All coaches must have one of the following in order to gain access to the floor
• NCCP Competition 1 Trained in Acrobatic Gymnastics
• NCCP Competition 2 Certified in Artistic Gymnastics (MAG or WAG); or
• Acrobatic Gymnastics coaching certification from an FIG Academy or country recognized by GymCan as a country with reputable coach education training • Receive an exemption from the PM

Tracksuit:
All athletes, coaches, and support staff MUST wear Team Ontario jackets or National Team jackets. Club uniform is NOT allowed!
***NEW Team Ontario Tracksuits ($88.50 + HST Men's & Women's and $84.07+HST for Youth) Sizing Chart ***
**Pants are not included. All delegates must wear PLAIN BLACK PANTS. A small brand logo is allowed on the pants; maximum size 1” by 2”.
All members of the Ontario delegation are required to wear at training, on the competition floor and awards.
Previous track jackets are still able to be worn/purchased for the 2025 Easterns and Canadians. First come first serve while inventory is available. No exchanges.

Clubs can purchase tracksuit jackets online here under our Purchase Products Page. This process/purchase is separate from the individual's registration but can be added to the same cart/invoice.
Team Ontario - Gifts
All COACHES and JUDGES will receive two Team Ontario golf polo shirts
- sizing to be indicated in registration fields (Women's XS-2XL and Men's S-2XL)
