REGISTRATION

Payment and registration must be done by the club through Uplifter. Clubs can login to register and remit payment using the same account that they use to register their participants for GO Memberships.All athletes team coaches and personal coaches must register.

 

 

CONFIRMATION, FORMS & PAYMENT:  WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7, 2026, 12 NOON 

 

Registration includes:

  • Confirmation of spot via registration in Uplifter

  • Payment via Uplifter Club Account

  • ALL forms (see Forms Section below and/or Ontario Bulletin)

  • Tracksuit Jacket order (all athletes and coaches are required to have) through Uplifter Products Page (For Team Coaches - clubs need to add the Team Coach registration either before or on the same invoice as the track jacket for the discount to be applied).

  • Hoodie Size (GO) 

Fees:

*registration fees in Uplifter will only initially show $110/$525 + HST as the registration fee and the Trip Costs will be automatically added to cart as part of the checkout process.

Forms

All other forms must be scanned and  uploaded upon registration in Uplifter. Please upload only one (1) form at a time (ie. DO NOT BUNDLE all the documents in a single PDF). Please save and title each form individually with the athlete/coach's name and form name (ie. Waiver - Susie Stretch).

Clubs are responsible for collecting all of the forms and payments from parents.

Athlete Forms:

• GO Code of Conduct

• GO Medical Data Form

• Copy of Passport being using for travel

• Copy of Notarized Travel Consent Form (under 18 years of age) - (template here or from Canada.ca).

REMINDERS: Travel Insurance – is required but does not need to be sent to GO. A copy must be provided to travelling club coach(es). Additional health insurance is needed (make sure your policy includes sport accident/injury coverage).

Coach Forms:

• Copy of Passport being using for travel

• Police Check (valid within 3 years of competition) (online check option - mybackcheck)

REMINDER: Ontario is staying as a team and coach(es) are responsible for chaperoning athletes within the delegation on and off the competition floor. 

 

TEAM ONTARIO APPAREL

Team Ontario Apparel comes from two different vendors:

  • Jacket & Hoodie - Gymnastics Ontario
  • Leotards - Jagwear

Orders are completed through club's Uplifter account and Jagwear Club Order form completed through club. It is recommend the include track jacket order on same same invoice as athlete or coach registration. Apparel fees are not included in the trip costs above. Once Ordered, there are no exchanged.


Attire Deadline: Wednesday, January 7, 2026 (12 noon).

Dress Code and Attire:

All members of the Ontario delegation are required to wear the Team Ontario jacket, and solid black tracksuit pants. A small brand logo is permitted, with a maximum size of 1” by 2”). However, pants with stripes and other decorations are NOT permitted.

Athletes must use current Team Ontario competition attire on the competition floor. The Team Ontario hoodie can be worn as well but not on the competition floor.

Coaches and athletes are required to wear Team Ontario attire on the completion floor and at all times when travelling as a delegation and during group activities.

Team Ontario Apparel sizing charts are available at the Gymnastics Ontario website. Please note THESE ARE ORDERED AND PAID FOR TWO separate vendors/suppliers:

  •  Singlet, shorts, and longs (through Jagwear): Order via club (club must pl.ace one order to all its athletes at the same time) Payment information for the training and competitive singlet, pants and shorts must be provided at the time of the order.
  • Sizing in the order form
  • DEADLINE: JANUARY 7, 2026.

  • Gymnastics Ontario Tracksuit Jacket (87.50 + HST) (through GO’s product page in Uplifter): The track jacket is the same as last season. All athletes and coaches must use the same model. Size and payment for the tracksuit jacket must be provided to the club and submitted to Gymnastics Ontario with payment via Uplifter. 
    • Orders for this season’s Tour will only be for the previous grey jacket until current inventory is depleted. Black jackets purchased last season are still permitted to be worn this season.
    • No exchanges of the grey jacket will be available, so please double-check sizing before placing your order.

  • Athletes Gift (free) and Coach's Optional Purchase ($50.00 + HST) (athletes - through GO’s registration system Uplifter; coaches - through GO’s product page in Uplifter;): Tour athletes will receive a hoodie as a gift. Clubs must provide the athlete's hoodie sizes at registration time using the size chat below. Once ordered the gift cannot be exchanged for a different size.
