REGISTRATION:
Payment and registration must be done by the club through Uplifter. Clubs can login to register and remit payment using the same account that they use to register their participants for GO Memberships.
All athletes and personal coaches must register with Gymnastics Ontario via Uplifter.
Declining a spot? Please notify the TG Program Manager (tnt@gymnasticsontario.ca) asap so the next alternate can be contacted.
TG DEADLINE (UPLIFTER, FORMS, AND JAGWEAR): THURSDAY, APRIL 17, 2025, at 12:00PM (NOON)
Registration includes:
- confirmation of spot via registration in Uplifter
- payment via Uplifter Club Account
- ALL forms (see Forms Section below and/or Ontario Bulletin)
- Tracksuit Jacket order (all athletes and coaches are required to have) through Uplifter Products Page and recommend ordering on same invoice as athlete or coach registration

*Reminder - travel is the responsibility of the club and not included above.
*Accommodations are first come first serve based on the registration timestamp and will be confirmed April 22.
*Note that Club Managers are not required to register with Team Ontario unless they are also coaches and require access to the field of play OR will be managers at the athlete social event OR chaperoning athletes in residence.
It is recommended that all Club Managers not registered with Team Ontario be required by their club to submit (at minimum) a current Police Check (valid in the past 3 years).
FORMS:
Clubs are responsible for collecting all of the forms and payments from parents. All forms should be scanned and emailed to tnt@gymnasticsontario.ca. One pdf document for all delegates from a club is preferred.

Team Ontario Apparel comes from two different vendors:
Track Jacket - Gymnastics Ontario
Leotards/Singlets - Jagwear
It is recommend to include track jacket order on the same invoice as athlete or coach registration.

Clubs can purchase tracksuit jackets online here under our Purchase Products Page. This process/purchase is separate from the individual's registration but can be added to the same cart/invoice.

*Pants are not included. All delegates must wear PLAIN/SOLID BLACK PANTS/LEGGINGS** with the track jacket.
**A small brand logo is allowed on the pants; maximum size 1" by 2".
All members of the Ontario delegation are required to wear the Team Ontario Jacket on the competition floor.
Previous track jackets are still able to be worn/purchased for the 2025 Easterns and Canadians. First come first serve while inventory is available. No exchanges. $65 + HST. Sizing Chart

- sizing to be indicated in registration fields (Women's XS-2XL and Men's S-4XL)
