We are excited to offer a dynamic 3-day gymnastics training camp for athletes at the Aspire 1 & 2 and Novice levels. Designed to foster high-level skill development, collaboration, and growth, this camp provides a unique opportunity for gymnasts and coaches alike.

Athletes will work closely with experienced clinicians in a high-energy, supportive environment, focusing on refining fundamentals, advancing technical skills and building pathways for athletes into the High Performance stream.

This camp is an opportunity for coaches and athletes to train alongside each other, building connections and sharing experiences and knowledge.

This camp is an excellent way to kick off the season with inspiration, new ideas, and strengthened foundations for future success.

SCHEDULE

November 2 - Arrival for QC
November 3 - Training (9am-2pm), Specialty Session (4-5pm - TBC)
November 4 - Training (9am-1pm), Sightseeing/Group Outing (PM - TBC)
November 5 - Training (9am-1pm) & Departure
* food, sightseeing/group outings are not included in cost

Clinician from both Ontario and Quebec will take part in the first two days.

COST:

$340 +HST per athlete
$110 +HST per coach (with athlete all 3 days)
$50 +HST per coach (no athlete - 1 day)

Ontario Clubs - payment with registration via Uplifter accounts
Out of Province - consolidate the total registration fees and forward a single credit card payment to Gymnastics Ontario with import file.

REGISTRATION:

Deadline: Friday, October 10, 2025, 12 noon.
No refunds will be given after the registration deadline.

Ontario Registration - clubs register coaches and athletes via Uplifter Account
Quebec Registration - to be completed by import spreadsheet by Gymnastique Quebec

ELIGIBILITY:

Athletes - Aspire & Novice                

Maximum 30 athletes (15 from Ontario and 15 from Quebec)
- athletes must attend with a coach
- age determined by December 31, 2026

Ontario - 3 athletes per club to start priority current Novices & Aspire/Youth athletes from last year, then Aspire 2 for upcoming season, Aspire 1 for upcoming season. Waitlists athletes can be added after the registration deadline and include additional athletes above the 3 per club. If space available clubs will be notified after above registration deadline. Must be a current member of Gymnastics Ontario (registered as provincial or national level athlete).

Quebec - athletes as per QC identification list, as confirmed members of Gymnastique Quebec submitted to GO via import form.

Coaches
No maximum number of coaches.
Coaches are able to register with or without an athlete.
-with athlete for all three days
-without athlete for 1 day to observe and learn

Must be a current member of Gymnastics Ontario in a coach role (invitational, provincial or national) or member of Gymnastique Quebec
All Coaches must have minimum NCCP Competition 1 Trained (old Level 2 Technical).

PD points available based on time attended.
