File Import Registration

This method is used to register multiple participants for multiple memberships during one checkout. This is suggested for club administrators that are registering large numbers of individuals that have been exported from another program/software.

*NEW* 2020-2021 SEASON EXTENSION: As announced in the email to all clubs on June 22, 2021, re: Gymnastics Ontario | 2021-2022 Annual Club Fees & Individual Program Fees, the INDIVIDUAL member registration period will be extended for all participants currently registered since July 1, 2020. All recreational and competitive athlete participants (invitational/interclub, provincial, or national) registered from July 1, 2020 through to June 30, 2021 will not be required to register until September 1, 2021 or thereafter. During this period, only new individual members who join your programs will be required to register with Gymnastics Ontario. However, these new individual member registrations will be valid until June 30, 2022.
