*GO will register all athletes and coaches into KSIS on your club's behalf.
REGISTRATION
Payment and registration must be done by the club through Uplifter. Clubs can login to register and remit payment using the same account that they use to register their participants for GO Memberships.
All athletes team coaches and personal coaches, club managers must register with Gymnastics Ontario via Uplifter.
Declining a spot? Please notify the WAG Program Manager (wag@gymnasticsontario.ca) asap so the next alternate or team coach can be contacted.
All athletes and coaches must register. Registration includes:
- competition registration in Uplifter
- payment via Uplifter (club account)
- ALL forms (see below and/or Ontario Bulletin)
- Tracksuit Jacket order (all athletes and coaches are required to have) through Uplifter Products Page and recommend ordering on same invoice as athlete or coach registration)
- Music upload
- Pre-Canadians Training Camp (May 4 @ Toronto Gymnastics International) attendance confirmation
FEES - see emailed "2026 Canadians Subsidized List" for which level of funding is being received.

ARRIVAL ON SUNDAY, MAY 24 FOR MAG & WAG WILL BE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS DUE TO AVAILABILITY. IF YOU SELECT THE SUNDAY OPTION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR 5 NIGHTS WHEN REGISTERING. IF SUNDAY BECOMES AVAILABLE, YOUR CLUB UPLIFTER ACCOUNT WILL BE INVOICED SEPARATELY FOR THE EXTRA NIGHT.
*Reminder - travel is the responsibility of the club and not included above.
*Note that Club Managers must register with Team Ontario if they are also coaches and require access to the field of play OR will be managers at the athlete social event OR chaperoning athletes in residence.
It is recommended that all Club Managers not registered with Team Ontario be required by their club to submit (at minimum) a current Police Check (valid in the past 3 years).
FORMS
Clubs are responsible for collecting and checking all forms and payments from parents.
All forms must be scanned and uploaded upon registration in Uplifter. Please upload only one (1) form at a time (ie. DO NOT BUNDLE all the documents in a single PDF). Please save and title each form individually with the athlete/coach's name and form name (ie. Waiver - Susie Stretch).

Reminder of NCCP Certifications (as per GymCan Directive): All registered coaches must be certified NCCP Competition 3 Certified Artistic Gymnastics to gain access to the competition floor.

TEAM ONTARIO APPAREL
Team Ontario Apparel comes from two different vendors:
Jacket & Hoodie - Gymnastics Ontario
Leotards - Jagwear
Sizing for both are done on-site at Tour Selection. Orders are not taken on-site (need to be completed through club's Uplifter account later) and Jagwear Club Order form completed through club. It is recommend the include track jacket order on same same invoice as athlete or coach registration. Apparel fees are not included in the trip costs above.

***Team Ontario Track Jacket
Cost: $87.50 + HST
Sizing Chart
**Pants are not included. All delegates must wear PLAIN BLACK PANTS. A small brand logo is allowed on the pants; maximum size 1” by 2”.
All members of the Ontario delegation are required to wear at training, on the competition floor and awards.
Black track jackets are still able to be worn if purchase last year.
Clubs can purchase tracksuit jackets online here under our Purchase Products Page. This process/purchase is separate from the individual's registration but can be added to the same cart/invoice.
Once again, this season's Team Ontario athletes and coaches will have the option to wear either the grey or black team jacket for competitions.
Please note the following important details:

Orders for this season's Tour will only be for the previous grey jacket until current inventory is depleted.

Due to unexpected interest in the new black jacket last year, the previous grey jacket inventory was underutilized and we will continue to use this existing stock of the grey jacket before continuing solely with the black jacket.

No exchanges of the grey jacket will be available, so please double-check sizing before placing your order.

Black jackets purchased last season are still permitted to be worn this season.

There are two Team Ontario Leotards; one training leo and one competition leo.
Both are purchased directly through CLUB ORDER PAGE. Club login to Jagwear website to place order based on sizing at Ontario Championships.
Jagwear Orders:
Athletes will be sized on-site at Tour Selection. No payment will be accepted on-site at Tour Selection.
NEW Ordering Process - sizing and payments will be made through ONE CLUB ORDER FORM to Jagwear.
Form will be emailed to club.

All COACHES and JUDGES will receive two Team Ontario golf polo shirts
- sizing to be indicated in registration fields (Women's XS-2XL and Men's S-4XL)
